"Tech support helped me find the right RV part"

"Honestly, this order went suspiciously well"
My parts showed up faster than I expected and somehow fit perfectly the first time, which almost makes me wonder what they know that the other places don’t. No drama, no weird issues, just opened the box and got it done. Happy with it, and yeah, I’d order again

I ordered a part from rvpartscountry.com and ended up needing to reach out to customer service with a question about shipping. They were polite when they finally got back to me, and the answer did help, but it took a couple of days, which felt a little slow when I was trying to figure things out. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, just not as quick as I hoped. I’d give it 3 stars because I appreciated the help, but the waiting part left me feeling a bit disappointed

"Showed up way sooner than expected"
I ordered a part for my RV and figured I’d be waiting a bit (just assumed it would take a while). But it shipped out really fast and was at my door in just a few days. Super easy, no hassle at all. I was really happy with how quickly it got here.

"I ordered a couple parts for my RV..."
I ordered a couple parts for my RV and had a question right after checkout, because i’ve been burned too many times by companies that take your money and then act like answering a simple question is some huge favor. This time, they actually got back to me quick, and the answer was clear instead of the usual runaround nonsense.

The tracking showed up not long after it shipped and kept updating like it was supposed to, which really shouldn’t feel rare, but somehow it does. I knew where the box was the whole time, and nobody left me guessing or chasing them down. Smooth order overall, and I’d use them again.

"Fit just like they said it would"
I ordered a replacement part for my RV and wasn’t totally sure it would line up right. I mean, I thought I had the model info correct, well, I did, but you never know with these things. The fitment details on rvpartscountry.com ended up being spot on, and the part matched without me having to guess or double-check a bunch of stuff.

It showed up and I got it installed that same day. No drilling, no weird tweaking, nothing like that. It just went on like the original part was supposed to. I’m happy with how easy it was and I’d order from them again.

"Got what I needed, but the site could be smoother"
I was in a bit of a tired mood when I was shopping, so maybe that made the clunky parts stand out more. I did find the RV part I needed, but sorting through the search results wasn’t as easy as I hoped. Checkout went fine though, and I didn’t run into any major problems.

I was glad they actually had the RV part in stock when a bunch of other sites didn’t. Ordering was easy, and it arrived without any issues. I did have to search around the site a bit more than I expected, and I would’ve liked clearer instructions along the way, but overall it was a good experience.

"Wish I hadn’t worried so much"
I ordered from rvpartscountry.com and wish I hadn’t spent so much time second-guessing it. RV parts can be really specific, so I was kind of expecting something to be missing or not quite right, but everything showed up exactly as I ordered it. No wrong items, no missing pieces, and it all matched what I had in my cart. Easy experience overall, and I’d use them again

“Scam. They shipped me only one item out of 8 I ordered and sent me an email with the USPS tracking number for the one small package, but they listed all 8 items in the email as if all items were shipped in the one package. The "package" was an envelope containing a tube of caulk. USPS provided me a picture of the package. The other items I ordered included 3 one gallon cans of sealer which could not possibly have fit into the envelope associated with the USPS tracking number. They don't answer their phone. It just plays a recording telling you to go to their web site. Filling out a form on their web site only resulted in them saying "we are looking into it" and they were very slow to respond. Follow-up requests from me resulted in more slow replies from them in which they simply state "we have been very busy" but provided no update or explination. This went on for a month until I finally reported them to the fraud division of my credit card company.”

If i will get ac unit and it will not work what i have to do to get new one and who will be responsible for charges ?
